Matt started Outdoor Structures in 1999 and grew the business into one of the premier fence & deck companies in the Triangle. In 2008, Matt qualified Sierra Structures as a Licensed General Contractor in North Carolina.
Matt is a graduate of NC State and currently lives in Wake Forest with his wife, Tammy.

Anthony started Sierra Custom Fence in 1991 and is considered one of the most knowledgeable experts in commercial and high security fencing. Anthony was born and raised in Durham. His family has a proud military history with both his father's and his son's service in the Army. Anthony and his wife, Shirley, life in Rougemont with their two daughters.
Shirley is a graduate of UNC and was born and raised in the Durham area. She has worked with Anthony in the fence business for over ten years and has also become a fencing expert. Shirley is proficient in contract management and her attention to detail is unmatched. In addition to the business, Shirley is actively involved in the lives of her two daughters and volunteers frequently at their school.
Ken recently retired from Lockheed Martin as the VP of Energy, Environment, Safety & Health. His extensive resume includes high-level positions with Mattel, General Electric and General Chemical, all after his career in the Air Force. Ken joined Outdoor Structures in 2009 and was instrumental in the merger and formation of Sierra Structures. Ken is a graduate of FSU, has an MBA from Pepperdine University and currently resides in Raleigh.
Kenny began his career with Outdoor Structures in 2001 as a deck and screened porch builder. Since then, he has worked his way up through the ranks and is currently the Purchasing Manager. Kenny has reduced material and operating costs for the company, making our products a great value for customers. Kenny is a graduate of Salisbury State University and lives in Youngsville with his wife, Lauren.
Matthew joined the Sierra Structures team in 2010 as the chief estimator and project manager for commercial construction. He is quickly earning a reputation as the “go to guy” for military and specialized commercial fence projects. Matthew is a graduate of University of Cincinnati and currently lives in Durham.
