Matt assumed the role of Chief Operating Officer in November 2022. In this newly created position, Matt manages Residential, Commercial, and Automated Gate Operations. Matt is the original owner of Outdoor Structures, Inc. He graduated from NC State with a degree in Accounting and became a Licensed General Contractor in North Carolina in 2008. He resides in Wake Forest, NC with his wife Tammy and their furry friends.

Ken retired from Lockheed Martin as the VP of Energy, Environment, Safety & Health. His extensive career includes high-level positions at Mattel, General Electric, and General Chemical, following his service in the Air Force. Ken joined Outdoor Structures in 2009 and played a pivotal role in the merger that formed Sierra Structures. He is a graduate of FSU and holds an MBA from Pepperdine University, and currently resides in Durham, NC.

Jody serves as the Director of Residential Sales. In this role, he manages all residential sales for Sierra Structures, Inc. With extensive experience as a fence installer and since 2014 as a Fence Sales Consultant and Project Manager, Jody’s expertise in sales and project management will be instrumental in growing our residential business. Jody currently lives in Timberlake, NC with his wife, Theresa, and their two children. He is an avid bass fisherman and bowler.

Patrick joined Sierra Structures, Inc in August 2016 and has held various positions within the company. With over 20 years of experience in the Fencing Industry, and having owned his own fencing company for over 10 years, Patrick brings a wealth of knowledge to his role. He was a Commercial Estimator and Project Manager before assuming his current position. Originally from Boston, MA, Patrick graduated from Bentley University and now resides in Raleigh with his wife Amanda and their four boys.

Travis is from the Rocky Mount area where he completed high school and attended Nash Community College. He has construction experience working with his father. He has estimated large and small projects. He recently attended the Craftbuilt Sunroom Sales Training class. Travis graduated from the two-year TROSA program prior to joining Sierra Structures, Inc in November 2016. He and Casey were married in Hawaii in 2017.

Rebecca joined Sierra Structures, Inc in August 2017 as the Master Scheduler and transferred to the Commercial Division as a Project Coordinator in January 2019. Holding a Master’s in Public Administration (MPA) from NCCU and a graduate certification in GIS from NCSU, Rebecca has a keen interest in the triple bottom line and environmental sustainability. She has implemented an aggressive waste management system at Sierra Structures and spent time in Armenia as a volunteer in environmental matters. Rebecca serves on the Board of Directors for Orphaned Armenian Relief (SOAR) and is known for her relentless pursuit of excellence.

Paul Comartos, with a career starting in 1982, works as a commercial estimator and Project Manager at Sierra Structures. He previously worked with a company in VA that handled a variety of government and commercial construction projects across the Eastern US. Paul was the past President of the Carolina Fence Association and is Quality Control Certified by the US Army Corps of Engineers. After selling his company in 2016, Paul joined our commercial department, bringing his vast experience to our team.

Angela Perry, joining Sierra Structures in August 2018, brings over 11 years of experience in Exterior Sales and Customer Service. Born and raised on a small farm in Mebane, NC, and a graduate of High School in Hillsborough, NC, Angela is passionate about creating the best customer experience. She lives in Timberlake, NC with her three dogs and a cat, enjoying trips to the beach and mountains with her "furbabies."

Chris Kelley, who joined Sierra Structures, Inc in April 2019, has been in construction sales for over 18 years and specifically in fence sales for the last 8 years. A native of Durham, Chris knows the Triangle area well and currently resides in Cary with his wife, Mary.

Kim Foley joined Sierra Structures in April 2020 as AR/Credit Manager. She previously served as Vice President/Credit Manager for a North Carolina-based furniture manufacturer and has over 20 years’ experience in the banking industry, primarily as a Mortgage Lender. Kim, who majored in Business Administration at Western Carolina University, enjoys ACC sports, family gatherings at Holden Beach, and lives in Mebane, NC.

Narciso Rincon, Sierra Structures, Inc’s Quality Control leader for decks and screen porches, has 18 years of experience in the building industry, 15 of which he has spent with Sierra Structures. Residing in Durham with his family, his commitment to quality and perfection has significantly contributed to our brand's success. His philosophy, "I always try to learn & improve every day," has resonated well with our customers and team.

Joe Marks joined Sierra Structures, Inc as a Sales Associate after having extensive management and sales experience in the restaurant industry. Born and raised in Rocky Mount, N.C., Joe moved to the Raleigh/Durham area about 4 years ago. He attended NC State for Turf Management and Durham Technical Community College for computer systems. Previously working in our logistics department and as a commercial fence installer, Joe’s biggest success is being a father to his daughter, Jayde Marks.

Jeff Olson joined Sierra Structures, Inc originally as the Deck and Screen Porch Project Manager in June 2021 and was promoted to Manager of Purchasing and Logistics in January 2024. With over 6 years in the construction industry, Jeff, a graduate of the University of Scranton in PA, spends his free time on the golf course and cheering for the Jets.

Ashley Hernandez, who joined Sierra Structures, Inc in July 2021, has managed the commercial billing and accounts receivable for commercial operations before being promoted to Manager of Commercial Operations. Her excellent organizational skills and work ethic make her a valuable leader at Sierra Structures. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family and fur babies.

Bill Boop, the Yard Supervisor, manages all Yard Operations at Sierra Structures. Originally from New York, Bill has lived in Durham, NC for 33 years. With extensive experience in construction, Bill worked on significant projects such as NC State’s Centennial Campus and UNC Women’s and Children’s Hospital. He joined Sierra Structures in 2014, working initially as a fence installer before moving into logistics.

Lindsay Creech, a Durham native, joined Sierra Structures in 2023, bringing over 13 years of customer service experience. A graduate of Liberty Christian School, Lindsay is passionate about providing excellent service. She enjoys cooking and spending time with her French Bulldog, Maci, and her family and friends.

Corey Woods, a Durham, NC native, joined Sierra Structures, Inc as a design specialist for decks and screen porches after working in construction for more than 5 years. A graduate of Durham Tech Community College, Corey has extensive experience in installations across the Triangle area.

Dustin Hardy joined Sierra Structures in October 2023 as the fence and deck Project Manager. With 8 ½ years of experience in fence sales and project management, Dustin brings a wealth of knowledge to the team. A graduate of UNC-Pembroke with a degree in Business Management, he lives in Mebane with his wife, son, and two pups.

Andy Pease entered the fencing industry in 1990 as an electrician, selling and installing fencing until 2004 when he started his own company, Carolina Gate Control. After growing his company into a profitable venture, he joined Sierra Structures in 2022 and serves as a sales representative and technician for gate operators and access control projects. Originally from Ohio, Andy currently resides in Durham.

David Bryan joined Sierra Structures in July 2023 as a yard assistant and has since progressed to CDL delivery driver / Yard lead. Born and raised in Greenville, NC, David grew up learning skilled trades in construction & maintenance from his father. He confirms details with each customer prior to delivery and assists both on the yard and in the office, looking forward to growing with the company. He lives in Durham and cherishes making memories with his family.

Meet Will Feral, our shop foreman and materials inspector. Will assists our yard and shop crews daily, ensuring high-quality output for our customers. When not working, Will enjoys napping under his favorite bush or hunting to “feed” our team.
